Saper 3D Classic

Privacy Policy

Clear information about local game data, advertising, consent and your privacy choices.

Updated: 4 October 2026. The version 1.1 provisions below apply when you install version 1.1. For earlier versions, see the previous policy.

1. Who we are

Saper 3D Classic is published by Wojciech Stanisław Kozik, operating under the name KZK Forge, who is the controller of personal data processed by the publisher. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at kzk.forge@gmail.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Android game Saper 3D Classic (package: com.kzkforge.saper3dclassic). The game does not require an account, login or in-app purchase.

3. Data stored on your device

Game settings, local scores, progress and first-run or advertising timing preferences are stored locally on your device. KZK Forge does not receive this information through a separate game server. You can remove local data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the game.

Version 1.1 targets adults aged 18 and over. It does not ask for or store a new age declaration or date of birth. A local protective age category from an earlier test build, if present, is preserved rather than replaced with an adult declaration. It is not sent to a separate KZK Forge server. Google receives applicable advertising privacy restriction signals. Android app-data backups are disabled in the export configuration.

4. Advertising and consent

Banners appear in selected menu screens, not over the playable board. The adult configuration uses two portrait placements (top and bottom) and one landscape placement on the right, or at the bottom on narrower screens. A protected legacy profile has at most one banner. Interstitials may appear during a break after a completed loss, never during active play; availability is not guaranteed.

The advertising-enabled version 1.1 uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google's SDK may automatically collect and share an IP address (which can indicate general location), interactions with the app and ads, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers, where permitted, including the advertising ID and app set ID. These data may be used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

Version 1.1 disables ads personalization and the publisher first-party ID for all players, and requests a maximum ad content rating of G, independent of the adult target audience. The ads SDK is not initialized until UMP permits ad requests. An existing local minor or unanswered profile, including a corrupt existing record, receives conservative child-directed ad treatment, which Google's documentation states prevents transmission of the Android advertising ID and disables interest-based advertising and remarketing. UMP receives a separate under-age-of-consent signal for these protected legacy profiles; they are not shown an adult consent form or interstitial ads. No player is automatically recorded as a verified adult.

For adults, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) handles required advertising consent choices. Non-personalized advertising does not automatically remove consent requirements. Ads may be non-personalized or limited depending on consent and availability. You can reopen applicable consent settings from Options → Privacy and cookie settings. A failed consent update or unavailable ad does not prevent gameplay. These restrictions do not mean Google processes no technical data.

5. Sharing and service providers

Advertising-related data is processed by Google and its advertising partners under their own terms and privacy policies. KZK Forge does not sell personal data and does not operate a separate user database for the game.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Reopen applicable advertising consent settings through the same button.
  • Reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings.
  • Clear local game data or uninstall the game.
  • Contact us to exercise applicable rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority; in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Because KZK Forge does not maintain player accounts or a separate personal-data database, we may not be able to identify data held by Google using only your name or email address.

7. Retention, security and international processing

Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Google determines the retention periods for data processed by its advertising services. Advertising data is encrypted in transit. Google and its partners may process data in countries outside your country of residence, subject to safeguards described in their policies.

8. Target audience and children

The game targets adults aged 18 and over and is not marketed to children. Its game-content rating (such as PEGI 3) describes its content, not its advertising target audience. Ads are requested with the general-audience content filter G, not a mature-content filter. Protective legacy profiles are handled as described above. A parent or guardian can contact KZK Forge with questions or requests concerning a child's privacy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the game, advertising services or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
